A few days ago I wrote about my first viral video.

I wasn’t ready for it.

It initiated a flood of interest that I just wasn’t prepared for.

I also wasn’t prepared for the scale of the interest or fulfillment that I would have to do to deliver on the promise of the video (a downloadable template).

The flood came.

I didn’t know what to do about it.

I often talk to business owners who say they want more leads and sales, because isn’t more business better? It depends!

You probably want a stream with a steady flow. Not a flood.

Know what you’re wishing for.
