It’s entirely underrated. If you’ve spoken to me recently, you know that I hustle pretty hard. I still make time to work out every day, hang out with my wife, and have some downtime, but that’s about all I do.
I’m glued to my chair making things. Serving clients. Meeting new people. And spreading my message.
I can’t work 16 hours a day.
I’ve tried. It’s so devastating to my attention and focus that it’s hard to imagine other people cand do it. Surely some can, but not me.
I don’t get 8 hours of sleep every night, but I’d be better off for it.
When I do, I get more done.
It’s the classic push-pull of doing enough but not doing too much. Of being committed, but not being over committed. And on that note, it’s time for bed.
